1 DELIVERY POLICY
Shipping is handled by third parties and the responsibility they take may vary. Black Raven Gallery can not guarantee that the delivery management does not damage the ordered item but takes preventive measures to minimize the risk of shipping. Should your product be damaged upon delivery, there must be a photo of what the package looked like when you received it. If the package is damaged, the shipping company will compensate for any damage to the product.
1.2 DELIVERY TIME
Delivery time varies depending on the size of the ordered item. Some products need to be shipped with specific conditions and thus take longer. Examples of this are works of art that are sent with freight insurance and as fragile goods.
If deliveries apply to a specially ordered product, such as jewelery or art ordered according to your own wishes, the time it takes to produce the product varies. You as a customer will be informed of the estimated delivery time for such an order.
If the delivery is delayed for any reason that can not be prevented such as illness or government restrictions, the customer will be informed and will then be able to cancel the purchase with a full refund.
Black Raven Gallery does not guarantee a specific delivery time during the Covid-19 pandemic. This is because deliveries can vary greatly depending on which country and in which situation the country is in. If you as a customer want an estimated time for your delivery before a purchase, contact us at email@example.com and we can estimate delivery time depending on what you order and where you order from.
2 RETURN POLICY
Always contact Black Raven Gallery before returning a product. You have a 30-day right of withdrawal on your purchases, please note that they must meet the following conditions in order to be returned:
The product must be unused in its original packaging
In cases where the product has been delivered with a seal, the seal must be unbroken for the return to apply
Receipt or proof of purchase must always be attached to your return
The product must be in new condition and thus must not be damaged
Contact information for you as a customer must be attached to the return, contact information must include name, address, telephone number and email address.

Exemption from right of withdrawal:
If you have bought a tailor-made item according to your wishes, it is never a right of withdrawal. This applies to all special orders for art, jewelery and other goods made on behalf of you as a customer where you have specific conditions for the production.
Items with a broken seal that cannot be returned due to health or hygiene reasons. For example, piercing jewelry.
Digital products such as downloadable digital art.
You have to pay for your own shipping costs for products that you return. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund. In the case of a change of item, the delivery time depends on where you live and how quickly the return reaches us.
To be sure that your return reaches us, it is important that you send with a traceable package. Should the item you return be worth more than SEK 700, it may be a good idea to arrange a shipping insurance. Contact your delivery service to know more about how to proceed in these cases.
We can not guarantee that your return will reach us. It is up to the delivery service you choose for the return to ensure that the product ends up right.
3. REFUND POLICY
Our policy is valid for 30 days. If it has been more than 30 days since your purchase, we can unfortunately not offer you a refund or exchange.
Once your returned product has been received and inspected, we will notify you by email. We will also notify you if the return is not approved because it does not meet the requirements described in this policy.
If the return is approved, the refund will be made automatically in the way you have chosen to pay for your item.
3.2 PARTIAL REPAYMENT
There are some situations where we only make partial refunds:
When the product is not in its original condition, that is, is damaged or if there are missing parts and it is not our fault.
All items returned more than 30 days after delivery.
In cases where partial repayment has been approved, you as a customer will be notified of this and why a full refund will not be made.
3.3 LATE OR FAILURE TO REFUND
If you have not received a refund, please check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company as it sometimes takes some time before the refund is credited. Refunds are only made for goods at the regular price and do not apply to sale goods.
3.5 REPLACEMENTS AND COMPLAINTS
We only replace goods if they are defective or damaged. Unfortunately, we can not change the sizes of clothes as these are ordered "on demand" via third party service. If the item was listed as a gift when it was purchased and sent directly to you, you will receive a gift card that corresponds to the value of the gift. When we receive the item, we will send you the gift card.
If the item was not listed as a gift when purchased, or if the gift giver received the item to give it to you later, we will refund the gift giver after you return the item and it arrives to us and is approved for return.
Complaints should be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org and contain the following information: What product it is, what condition the product is in. If there is any damage to the received product, a photo of said damage and a specific description of the damage and how it was made included. Complaints submitted due to defects in the product can only be accepted within a period of 14 days from the date the product was received.
Orders placed on works of art will include a certificate of authenticity upon delivery.
All orders that are not digital have a six-month warranty from the date of purchase when it comes to non-negligible defects and, or material defects. If the product is damaged in a non-negligible manner or if the material does not work properly during this time, the customer has the right to have the product repaired. Shipping costs for repairs are not included in the warranty.
6 LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY
Liability is limited to direct damages (the damages that could not be avoided by breaching the agreement) and Black Raven Gallery will not be held liable for indirect damages that may occur. Black Raven Gallery is also not liable for damages caused by the customer in a negligent manner.
7 INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
Black Raven Gallery has full ownership of all intellectual property. Products purchased from Black Raven Gallery may be shared on social media if you as a customer include an acknowledgment to the creator behind the work. Products may not be altered or reproduced in any way.
